How it works

When bank accounts, safety deposit boxes, money orders, uncashed checks, stocks, bonds, insurance policies mutual funds, royalties, trust funds and escrow accounts go unclaimed, they are sent to the states treasury department. These institutions are required to do an annual report and after a few years of failed contact they turn these funds over to the state.

We work directly with the state and will assist you in filing the claim to recover these funds.
